to my website. I'm a researcher at the SFB 632 "Information structure" in the project B6 "The Kiezdeutsch Corpus" where we build a linguistically annotated corpus of Kiez German. I am also affiliated with the German departement of Potsdam University.

The 9th Linguistic Annotation Workshop (LAW IX) will take place in June 2015 in Denver, co-located with NAACL, and will feature a special theme "Syntactic Analysis of Non-canonical Language".

The First Joint Workshop on Statistical Parsing of Morphologically Rich Languages and Syntactic Analysis of Non-Canonical Language (SPMRL-SANCL 2014) was held in Dublin on August 24, co-located with COLING 2014.

The Fourth Workshop on Statistical Parsing of Morphologically Rich Languages (SPMRL 2013) was held with EMNLP 2013 in Seattle and featured a shared task on parsing MRLs.

I taught a course on Linguistic Annotation at the DGfS-CL Fall School 2013 in Heidelberg, September 2-13, 2013

In June 2012 we organised the First Workshop on Syntactic Analysis of Non-Canonical Language (SANCL 2012) which was co-located with NAACL-HLT 2012 in Montreal.
